If the recipe calls for bananas take a few extra minutes to intensify the flavors. It’s a simple trick that really brings out the depth of the flavors before adding them to your recipe.
Simply roast your bananas for 15 minutes in a 400°F degree (204°C) oven. Then allow them to cool, peel, and add them to your favorite recipe.
